    Does anyone have an email address for Ted Hogan? He asked for access to the site and, given one of the posts today, he is the best person to answer it but I can’t get an email addy for him.

    Thanks Kev, BTW the sign up “don” is my sales guy, ex comet, ex homeworld sales manager (co-op) bit of a stress head, but good insight on the “sheds”

    I don’t know about the rest of you, but I think that sales, whoever that may be really need to work more closely with service, i know when we left the w/pool service partner network, they were having serious talks with the us side of the company to work more closely.

    It seems to work, no big whinges from any w/pool agents seem to crop up do they ?

    it would be nice to see service on a par with sales but this I feel will never happen.sales will always use service levels to explain away poor sales figures.

    sales v service

    Andy Wilson the MD of Whirlpool is taking a keen interest in the service side to the extent he has met all Service partners recently.He has promised to come to my place wih a view to sitting with one of my girls for an hour,doing a couple of local service visits and having a good chat about Whirlpool service with me.He is from Dyson where he was stiffled by not being family and is well aware of the importance of Service supporting any Sales.

    More when it happens 8)
