ParticipantHave got this fault, not always starting program.
for eg. You set the program, shut the door the display show program time etc. you press start the 00 flash as it setting then goes back to program time but does not start.
If you close door first then set program then press start this way does not always start either.
Its as though the door lock is energising to lock and it resets program.
Very intermittant tried it several times out of 5 attempts failed twice.
Has any one else had this fault?
No fault codes coming up.

I think I may have one of these as well. Machine was only installed a couple of weeks ago. I have already been back three times and every time I go it starts perfectly.
At first I thought the customer may be a little confused or had not closed the door correctly but she has just rung again and says that she is able to do two or three washes OK and then it just wont start.
Will have to try a new PCB on it.

Didn’t need the PCB. Customer was a little confused. She had managed to get an E54 error code which I told her daughter how to clear (hold the start button for 15 to 20 seconds ).
She was now doing that every time she tried to start it. :rolls: 😆

yes i had a customer who would do the same, they hold the start button to long. Because it takes a few seconds to reset and select the chosen program; which also gives you time to set delay they think it hasnt started so keep finger on it.
Ahh!! we’ll all be that old one day and sure be just as confused with this modern technology 😳
