Hi, first post hope someone can help,
a customer complained of their Indesit just filling and when she came back there was steam coming out of the drawer etc. she pulled the plug on it and later tried but nothing worked . I went, got it going but would only wash, not spin, not drain and steadily got hotter (although I didnt wait for steam the start appearing).
It has a PCB at the base with a place for an eprom, I suspect this but would be grateful for any input

Earth fault on heater, ntc out of circuit, stuck heater relay all possible. As it won’t do anything else though it’s got to be the pcb. As usual 😀 .
