    Hi

I am sure this has been raised before but cant find any thing in the forums.
(always seem to have problems with the search facility)

Any way got customer complaining on a Beko Wm6152 washing machine rubbing scraping noise when on final spin.

Replaced door seal few weeks ago because it had split in. So can only assume that the lip is catching the drum.

Any suggestions it was a genuine door seal bearings etc seem ok.

if it’s a metal scraping sound I’m pretty sure they have an issue with the heater element bracket breaking.

Had this myself after fitting gen Beko seal.

On that occasion it was the seal making contact with the drum. I loosened off clip around seal and refastened it while holding the seal forward as much as possible to give it that tiny bit of clearence. Seemed to help and to be honest customer not the fussy type anyway.

Must be an issue with the Gen seal?
