    🙂 hi there,i have a Hotpoint mistral intelligent care frost free fridge/freezer model FF72N.
    same problem as most on here.
    freezer works fine -20 odd.
    fridge +21.
    fan does not work unless i unplug the yellow plug-then it WILL but then displays a code E7.
    could you please advise me to whether i just need to replace this one(evaporator) yellow or also the green one next to it? there is also a 3rd white plug?
    could you let me know the correct part numbers and prices?

    UNPLUG AND DON’T MAKE ANY ADJUSTMENTS WHILST PLUGGED IN !!The plug you have removed is a thermistor,E7 means an open circuit thermistor so it’s recognising you are unpluging it.
    Thermistors resistance would need to be measured with a meter to ID if they do have a problem,which I doubt as it would show a fault from E1 to E8 to ID what was the problem.

    Fan operation is governed by evaporator temperature so doesn’t run on start up until evap temp falls sufficiently.
    Any ice around the fins ?would suggest you make a brew and trawl through this

    fridge+2
    freezer-22
    😉 wanted good condition drawer fronts,flaps and salad drawers for this model FF72N please? p.m me..
