smeg WDI12c

been to this machine Smeg WDI12C

machine is dead

no lights or sounds

power into machine and through panel rotary switch down to main pcb

assume lower pcb is at fault but will i need to replace both

or am i missing a simple fault

i am assuming the pcb power supply has failed but what an awful machine to work on getting at the pcb for inspection is very bad
no burn marks on either pcb

any ideas anyone please
