Hi guys, wonder whether someone can give some advice please?
I have a Bendix Home Laundry Centre Delux Model 73168.
The wash cycle seems to work fine, and the dry cycle runs, it’s just that at the end the load isn’t dry!
I’m guessing that the heater that produces hot air for drying isn’t functioning, but it’s only a guess!
Given the machine is probably over 15 years old(?) is this a known failure that is easily/cheaply fixed, or should I not bother and get a new machine?
Any thoughts appreciated, thanks!

Age is the problem…… Not everything is available anymore.
Do the basics first – lid off, check whether or not the fan motor is actually running. No airflow = no heat as a starter. Beyond that, it’s power off and see if you have resistance through the dryer elements; also whether or not the safety stat has tripped out, using a test meter.
