    Help!
    Zanussi ZJD1219i Prod 914601218. Lock failed so have had to fit new lock, Facia board and configured PCB. Machine locks when start button pressed but start button keeps flashing and machine doesn’t start. If select demo mode machine door locks and start button works and demo mode runs OK.
    Have tried another PCB and lock but still no go. I think it must be something I haven’t found but have ground to a stop ❗ ❗

    Are you able to access diagnostics to find the fault code it is now giving? Could be config error? Maybe one of the pcb edge connectors has been damaged when original lock shorted.

    Unfortunately the page which gives the information to access the diagnostics is missing in the on-line manual on pro-corner. It jumps from page 50 to 52 and the info once you are in diagnostic mode is there but not how to access. Any info? I was able to get into the demo mode as mentioned and that worked so I did wonder if it might be configuration.

    I dont have the disc to hand but i beleive on that model you hold down start and the button next to it while turning knob one position clockwise to acess diagnostics, then turn to position 10 to see fault code. if not let me know and ill post the correct way when im back at work tomorrow.

    Absolutely right Simon, I found the page for the version 01 as opposed to 00 had the info and fault 31 is advised so have ordered an analogue pressure switch. Hope it works as have had customers machine for two weeks and the phone is hot, hot!
