    Hi
    As above the high temp light came on yesterday. The top drawer of the freezer is not freezing the food but the bottom 3 drawers seem ok. Also the fridge doesnt seem as cold as it should be. Any ideas what may be wrong please.

    Is there any ice / frost around in the freezer compartment?-

    nope no ice at all. Ive gone to the freezer this morning and the rest of the drawers are now thawing out (luckily we managed to move most of the food to a neighbours chest freezer)

    ive now called an engineer out (no call out charge) so I’ll post up the results for future reference for other members.
