    Relay clicking on rear power module. Tried capacitor renewal but no result. Will now have to replace with a new board. Can anyone please let me know if I need to replace the control board unit as well?

    That depends upon the serial no. with some of these machines. QER do exchange boards for these; speak to them.

    The model you describe should only need the rear board as it is a 2004 model.
