    Okay, the rooms are all booked! 😀

    They are all booked in each individual’s name and for both the Friday and Saturday, any changes either through me or direct with the hotel.

    I would check with Ted but the one who books it normally pays.

    Is Chris aware that the rooms have been booked for all listed in order to get the special rate she has negotiated and is payment to be paid when we arrive as in previous years he has always collected the money before hand so he knows excactly who is attending.

    Well I made it very clear that we aere there for the DASA meeting and all the rooms get paid for on atendance.

    There is no up-front charges, only a CC number to hold the rooms, that was all. And no, Chris is not aware.

    £55 a room was the rate I think for a single and £65 or thereabouts for a double.
