    Hello

    Model Hoover nextra optima HNL7166.

    The mains wire was streched during transit causing the spade terminals
    to detach within the machine, only noticed after plugging it in.

    Replaced mains cable but when a program is selected it doesn’t start and the lights pulse / flash.

    Any ideas, thanks.

    Count the pattern of the flashing lights – ie 1-2-3-4-pause-repeat.
