ISE Mk I soap drawer.

I have a customer with a Arcelik – built ISE MK I and the dispenser drawer rattles terribly around mid – spin. I’ve tried squeezing the plastic location lugs as you can on Zanussi stuff to tighten the drawer, also tried bending the lower catch lug underneath the drawer front so it latches tighter but it still rattles badly. The drawer seems very loose in the dispenser body. 😕
Anyone else had this problem and sorted it permanently? Or is it a new drawer?
