Diplomat ( smeg ) ADP8252 dishwasher pcb

Hi,
Have a smeg adp8252 to repair, i don’t usually do smeg dishwashers.
This one is refusing to do the program selection, normally you cycle through the programs but it just shows P0. There is 22 in the display if you press the time delay button? The wife was out so me and the husband were a bit confused about the time delay, no instructions.

Checked the base for leaks, the dispenser coil ok, the actual switch on the pcb is fine (sadly), assume it needs a new pcb but they re £140 so need to be sure.
Is this a common fault?
