    How do you access the motor? side panels wouldnt come off, torx screws 3 top 3 side am I missing one or is it from the front? there are no 3 bolt heads at the front on this unit.

    Undo 3 torx by soap drawer and 3 bolts around front of door unclip little drain hose from behind filter door and door should swing open

    Cheers Phil, but there are no bolts on the front of this machine.

    According to exploded diag on Connect/mediator there should be one bolt below door seal bottom lip.

    …and a screw each side under the kick plate. door seal off, and the front drops off.

    how long have connect had exploded Miele diagrams?

    only a inlet hose stocked though!

    Dunno.
    You can find more parts by simply tapping e.g. “Miele brushes” or “Miele pump” into the search box.
