    Hi Everybody,

I am new to the forum and can do with your help. The dishwasher gets stuck partway into the wash cycle and the water does not heat up. I have searched and read many posts in this forum over the last couple of days and suspect that the thermostat may have tripped and need resetting.

The dishwasher’s product number is 8511 710 15002 and the serial number is 99 9843 059925. It is a built-in unit and fitted nice and neatly between kitchen units. My question is does this model have a thermostat reset switch? If so, where is it located and how does one get access to it.

Your advice would be most appreciated.

if it has a reset it wll be on the thermostat under the bottom of the dishwasher,it will have a red button and will be near the edge of the dishwasher normally at the lef hand side.
you could see it if you take of the front panel, you must take out the plug first.
if it has a red button reset if yu push it it will make a pronounced click if it needs reset.

Thanks suedehead1. Found it. Could not see it because of the terminal connector. Will see if this fixes the problem.
