    hi,
    the machine is dead there is live and negative to the on off switch.
    theon off switch has 6 wires, there is 2 spades in and out for positive, 2 spades in and out for negative but the other 2 spades the is no circuit when the switch is in the off or on position, if i hold the button down there is a circuit through these 2 spades but the machine still doesnt go, i connected thsse 2 wires together and it still wont go, occasionally i can here a relay being energised but no lights come on, i am thinking pcb but due to the cost i was looking for some advice first,
    the on off isnt cheap either. thanks.

    If it’s switching live and nuetral I would say the module is goosed.Dan

    Without seeing it , the PCB is probably the cause. You can sometimes see burnt out tracks and /or relays on the module if stripped down .

    i took the pcb off but the tracks and relays looked ok,

    I would still go with Module,doesnt always blow(visually).

    thanks for the reply i might send it to qer for repair although i havent had many good experiences with them.

    It’s normally the transformer on the module, due to customer leaving the thing switched on after it’s finished. Definitely send to QER, they’ve done several for me with this fault. Wizard.
