Hi there,
I’ve seen the posts on what a cr*p machine I’ve got!! It was working fine, but now it’s developed a couple of problems. Every now and again it blows the fuse for no apparent reason, but now it’s making a loud buzzing/grinding noise when it’s running, and doesn’t seem to be washing anything on the top layer properly.
Any ideas of what I could check would be greatly appreciated,

Circulation motor has got to be the main suspect – I expect that the seal has gone and water has got into the bearings. Result is noise and slow running. Check the tray under the machine – you’ll probably find water and/or rust marks in the area of the pump.
Power off first, please.
