    When sending back the form for Network DASA can you please rename the file to the company name, if you’ve not already sent it back, ta.

    For the benifit of those that have already returned the form, do they need to re-send a renamed version ?

    Is it possible we can have a confirmation e-mail to the effect our application has been received. The 1st one I sent came bouncing back as “The file was too large”?? Resent next day & assume it was successful.

    D’OH! I never thought about that so….hastily added in both Word and PDF formats.
