as described:, the dryer is just not drying, the tumble dryer spins/tumbles but no heat, everything else is fine,

You should normally get an error message flashed up via the left hand vertical row of lights.
The wiring connections to the heating element, the TOC and the heater itself would need to be checked with a meggar or multimeter.
Be sure to remove the mains plug if you intend to investigate further.
