    hello,
i have come back from holiday a week ago to find that that my fridge is warm @ +20 and freezer is fine, did a bit of web surfing which suggested that it may be built up ice, defrosted for two hours manually also used hairdryer to defrost, after that it powered up fine and fridge temp came to +2, but next day the fridge temp started rising again, when i switched the appliance off for a while and then switched it back on the lcd read p1 for a couple of seconds before displaying the temp, the ff92 is still not cooling the fridge only the freezer is working correcly, i have thought about replacing the thermistors could you please tell me how to do this, i have also found a lot of dust at the bottom grill, which i have cleaned with the hoover, is there a way that the grill can be taken out as some people mentioned that there may be blockage at the back of the grill, i wait for your help, thanks.

A complete defrost would be required, switch off and leave freezer dooor open for 36 hours minimum to ensure clearance of frost. The back will come away inside the freezer after the removal of the screws, this will expose fan and evaporator.A hair dryer will help to speed the process but no sharp or metal objects and SWICTH OFF AND UNPLUG FIRST.
Once this is done if the fault returns after a week or so then there may be a fault with electrical parts which would require a meter to check them out.
The bottom panel is on clips and pulls away, you will need a decent vacuum with a crevice tool to clean.
