ParticipantKen if you are there, can you tell me why I can’t access parts info on the disc. I am running vista home premium 64bit and message tells me I need a program to open the file(num file) There are other files that won’t open either. 😥 😳

THIS might help Alan.
The ones you cannot open are almost all Acrobat files, if you ‘right click’ and select ‘Open’ and then select Acrobat Reader from the list that should appear they will open.
If you just get a warning box telling you you need to find a program then select the option at the bottom to look on my PC or ‘Select program from list’, you will then get the list on screen.
Thats assuming you have Acrobat Reader installed of course. 🙂

Yup, Acrobat and it’s strange ways. :rolls:
For video VLC Player is good.
Anything else just let me know what the issue is.

Thanks for that guys, but the adobe acrobat files I can open. I was trying to open the parts trade price list to get a part number. Is there a parts list other than the parts blow out, which doesn’t give the part numbers. :rolls:

Do you mean for the AW23. The NUM file appears to be a DOS.7 file. Cannot find anything to open it with ATM. 😥

Hi Jim,
yes it was a num file. What I was after was a complete parts list for the AW23 for identifying and ordering parts. Can’t see one on the disc or online. Any ideas?Alan

That’s something I have to fix Alan.
What you have there is essentially what the factory sends. You need to don a deerstalker and break out a friend called Watson to figure a lot of it out sadly. But, it was either that or delay the disc getting out. So, Hobson’s choice.
There is a pressing demand to get the ISE2 one sorted out as some of those come out of warranty in a month so, that needs doing. This is the first of them that fall out of warranty so it hasn’t really been pressing until lately.
While I do that one I’ll do the rest and try to tie up the component numbers on the diagram to the spreadsheets as well which ,again, factories don’t seem to bother doing. :rolls:
