Help identifying cooker hood

Hi. I need to replace the switch box on my cooker hood, but can’t identify the model..

There’s a sticker inside: BROAN K2437 07003301 plus various other numbers – none of them correspond to any model I can find. Dave has advised me to contact Broan, who aren’t replying so far.

The switch box looks like the Hygena W0000059/51/57 parts. Does anyone have a picture or diagram of one of these boards, or the install instructions?

Or any other clues I could follow..?
