    None starter, door locks fine, then nothing have tried removing all power and restarting, reset
    customer said machine wouldent empty correctly on previous last few washes if that means anything?

    could it poss be stuck in fault mode or timer job?

    Indeed so Simon, the first thing a Zanussi does on any programme setting is to PUMP for a few second prior to filling or whatever. I’d take a look there if I were you. 😉

    Thanks for speedy reply martin, funny you should say that, checked pump no blockages even though couldent get the thing to start, but the pump was red hot? customer says machine wasent left on prior to inspection? no water in machine either? so ill go back and take another look, the program locks in fine just wont start, so this machine is relaying the pump and its dead then? id normally expact the machine to still start, anyway im confused but will try changing the pump

    Knackered pump then, thought as much. Don’t switch it on in that state lest it blows the triac on the main PCB then you’ll be in big trouble. Just stick a new pump in and all should be fine.

    Best to fit a pump with an integrated TOC by the way. The one you take out may well have one so best switch like for like! 😉
