    ❓ Hi Guy’s
Please go easy I am new to this
    Can anyone help I have just bought a BEKO CDA563 Fridge-Freezer (31/08/09)
I can’t seem to control the fridge I set the temp to 3 on Sunday after it was delivered as per instructions.
I noticed a build up of ice droplets so I read the manual & turned temp to 1 the ice then turned to water droplets(I know simple or what) this makes everything in the fridge damp & soggy.
The prob is I have had 3 other frost free f/f over the years & have never seen ice or water particles in the fridge compartment.
Does anyone know if this is normal for the beko.

    Many Thanks In Advance

    Hi,

This is normal on a wet wall fridge so it is very likely not a fault.

Normally you will see ice formation on the back wall which, after a while as the fridge hits it’s defrost, will turn to water and run into the drain channel.

The contents are probably soggy now as the stat is too low. Set it back to 2-3 and leave it be for a few days and see what happens.
