    Don’t think its a new site, the .com has gone belly up, the .co.uk one has always been there but does appear to be missing the live stock holding info. :rolls:

    To make matters worse, I placed an order last Saturday online, should have arrived yesterday at the latest.

    Just rung them to find out what has happened and it seems that DPD have too many parcels to deliver so it has been ‘held back’. 👿

    I spoke to them t’other day re an urgent return/ replacement and was advised to email. Trouble is their email is down as well 🙁 due to problems with BT. Is this the one they had installed recently that was giving trouble as well.
    Bet BT get a rocket due to loss of trade as how many of us this week have ordered elsewhere because of the problems.

    We have had an absolute nightmare of a week.

    Our carrier, DPD is failing on deliveries. Their excuse, too much business across the UK and they cannot cope. As from Monday we are changing back to City Link.

    We have had an issue with our .com address, which has affected our website and all of our email addresses. You can use http://www.masterpart.co.uk. The functionality should be the same. If you email Masterpart just change the email address you use to .co.uk from .com.

    Finally, our new “all singing & dancing” phone system does not work. If you call please wait until the initial message plays and then hang on. We will answer your call.

    Sorry for any inconvenience these problems have caused.

    Hi Brian,

    Thanks for that. Yes getting hold of you MP has been a bit of nightmare this week. However, everyone has bad days even bad weeks occasionally. Thanks for posting and letting us know now. Might of been a bit more helpful if it was a couple of days ago though. I can’t think of a better medium for that than UKWG of course.

    I hope things calm down for you and it returns back to it’s normal excellent service.

    I will re-send my enquiries to .CO.UK and definately happy that your going back to city link 😀

    A little bit of information will keep people happy,even if it’s bad news 😀

    Thanks for the reply. We held off making the changes has we hoped the problem / problems would have been resolved by now. But yes, you are right, I should have posted earlier.

    Anyway, change in carrier, IT almost ok and phones should be sorted next week.

    Parts delivery arrived just now, meant to sat DPD in my previous, now edited post.

    City Link’s local depot is only a couple of miles from here so nice and handy if a delivery needs to be collected. 8)

    Now all I need is that Zanussi timer that has been on backorder over a month. 😉 🙂

    Hope you get these issues sorted soon, have had real problems getting my deliveries the last few orders.

    Also your stock levels seem very poor at the moment, last week you were out of stock with inlet hoses! ha ha
