    hi.

    customer complains that the machine runs for about 5 minutes then stops with the ’empty tank’ light on.

    i thought it would be the float sticking but it seems fine, a little water left in the reservoir but float and switch seem fine.
    any suggestions guys?
    any help appreciated.

    It may be the ‘level of conductivity’ needs changing?…But first, question is, does this error occur on the ‘cupboard dry’ cycle?

    it occurs on the cupboard dry and the timed cycle
