    Can anyone help..

I was cooking in the main oven and the timer went off so i turned the cooker’s timer off and opened the door when i realised that the food was not done it had cooked but i had not put the food on long enough! (sorry too much information, lol) i shut the oven door and as i shut the door i realised that the fan was not coming on as usually. so i tried the timer again but no joy i did turn the cooker off at the mains but still no joy.

    Any sugestions please thank you.

Does it feel to be getting warm inside the oven at the back even when the fan is not running ?

If it is then it sounds like the fan motor may have failed, if there is no heat at the back after being switched on for a couple of minutes then it points to a control problem. You haven’t got it set to auto by accident have you?

    Does the top oven work?

Looks like the fan has failed. It may have seized or the motor may be OC.

Isolation from the mains and a check of the fan motor would be the next step.
