ParticipantHi,
Would anyone have a service manual, which includes printed circuit boards, available for download, please.
Thanks.

Hi P45 you sound very knowledgeable on the F& P machine I have the same machine and am also looking for a service manual for it .I have a similar issue of error 136 occurring during rinse 1 or rinse 2.I understand this relates to the motor stalling .I have dismantled the motor and it looks like new and is very free to rotate and shows no signs of water ingression or corrosion the same with the controller and the wiring.Any ideas?
your help would be most appreciatedFebruary 12, 2010 at 10:38 pm #296292bigsmokepiker

More cases than not likely Motor controller Fault (Main Module)
In some instances can be RPS(rotor postion sensor)This is the smaal PCB Clipped Into MotorFebruary 12, 2010 at 11:59 pm #296293tbtd

Thanks for your reply i inspected the PCB embedded in the motor besides a little dust it appeared to “look” ok.
From the diagnostics on the machine I was able to see the rpm feedback from I assume this sensor and it appeared to be reading consistently when i moved the bowl by hand and when the motor drove the bowl as well so I have more or less ruled it out.It just seems bizarre that it only does it during the rinse cycles??June 28, 2010 at 3:13 am #296294grouts

Hi,
I am also looking for a service guide for this IW811 machine.
mine sometimes (when it does turn on) says..
“I need Service, Fault code 10”
The rest of the time when applying AC the unit just blinks all the LEDs and LCD backlight.
Or at other times Nothing happens at all.I’m guessing the error 10 might be the clue to the cause..
i.e. something dragging down the power for the logic to operate ?Any help or direction to a service manual would be appreciated.
Thanks
