    Need to change the safty system (mushroom head) there appears to be a red seal/gasket under mushroom head loose, I am taking this to be a tub seal as water is leaking in base (can someone comfirm) If so I would need to know how to remove and fit new parts, as I have never done one before can anyone advise me please. Thanks John

    They’re not normally the source for any leaks in the baseplate as a rule…..are you sure the flood level device is the source and not just the circulating pump seal?

    Martin, I havent done full investigation yet, but as you suggest I will do further checks first. Thanks John
