    Hi!

    Please has someone got any advice for me??

    This dishwasher runs perfectly well, fills to a good level and drains, heats etc but the top basket spray arm does not rotate. Bypassing the door lock the lower spray arm looks as though there is possibly too much pressure and the top spray arm the water is coming out but possibly not pressured enough to turn the spray arm. The arm is clear and i have even replaced it due to the plastic bearing/washer in it being worn and stiff. But still no joy. Is there a diverter valve on this model? I dont believe there is.

    Any ideas please? Or common causes of this fault?

    Sounds as if there could be a blockage in the top spray arm hose. Not one I’ve come across before though. This is normally a water shortage problem if no diverter valve is fitted. Steve.
