👿 Am I the only one today to receive invoices dating back to 06 october 2002 from independent services,It seems that LG some how LOST or MIS LAID the said invoices for over 12 months and they have now issued them. 😕
Now if LG have a policy stating that they will not accept job sheets after 6 weeks of the job being completed then whats good for the goose should be good for the gander and not say one thing and then rewrite the rules for themselves. 😈 .To which point i have raised,but i expect that they will play at there rules as usuall.
😈 I have though requested prove of delivery for each of the said invoices. 😈
All LG invoices come straight to us with the parcel from LG, then 2 days later we get a copy in the post. We always order off the LG website using our account, that way the part comes directly to us and on our account. Therefore we have no problems. However they do take their time sending out statements, can be up to a year.
LG are traditionally slow at most things, this includes their accounts.
LG Spares !! There’s a subject close to my heart at the moment.
Thus far it has taken their credit control department a total of four months after receiving my spares account application to do absolutely NAFF ALL with it.
And then I get phone calls from LG customers asking what the delay is in getting a part for their 3 month old washing machine.
I just give them LGE customer service dept number now with the reason why, perhaps they will have more luck then me.
