ParticipantAny D&G agents out there who do Brandt for them? If so I’m sure you will enjoy filling out the form they sent.
We are one of the unlucky ones when on the day of writing a letter to terminate with Brandt, received the 24 hour Sacking from them, I say unlucky because it came back via D&G. I wanted to be rid of them.
Any-way, I’ve received a questionare from Brandt asking what I thought of Arora the online ordering system. They made the mistake of putting on the back any other issues. I barely had enough paper, listed all the problems, from they way they terminated agents, through the lack of Tech. support, non-existent point of contact, lack of communication and poor responses to queries. I finished up by saying, “Well you did ask”!

KeymasterGood for you Alex, maybe the more people that tell them that they don’t like getting, ehm, mucked about (the first thought was an expression very close to that 😉 ) like that will perhaps induce some thought about the long term effects of their actions.

Participant❗ remember that on the plus side you are now being paid more, and more often, which cant be all bad. im sure some members of g/brandt are only now feeling safe enough to go out in day light, but i do get the feeling that they are trying to improve and I hope it does improve for them/us. moving to d&g seems to have been a good move so far.
agora (agro?) website seems long winded but that could be just me!

KeymasterBill,
Try calling Tracey Eaton Jones at D&G and discuss it with her, I’ve been talking to her for the past week or so and she is very nice, helpful and reasonable and maybe she can help you with it. D&G, in my experience, are usually pretty reasonable to deal with so it can’t hurt to ask.
