Has anyone got any info about this gang. We were called out to a fridge/freezer yesterday and subsequently found that Daewoo havent got a whitegoods technical area in the UK (only brown goods) and of course Expert appliance were so helpful we only had to call them five times to get fobbed off!
I am sure that Domestic & General are the WP for this manufacturer.
Be careful dealing direct with Daewoo as they have a very poor reputation for paying.
I know that Key Electronics who were WP for brown goods have been shafted big time by this company and will do well to survive!

Thanks Dave and Appboy – We were passed the job from D&G who had no contact in Daewoo and the listed number came up blank – no refrigeration tecks in company. We passed it back to D&G who asked us to call Expert — Guess the answer!
I have some experience with these products and would be happy to help anyone who’s stuck.The frost free side is pretty straight forward and generally they are not bad product.Spares is another matter but refrigeration system is not.
Hi Ted – Its fairly straight forward, customer complains that salad items are getting frozen up. Temp in freezer is fine. Uses a baffle flap in the fridge to control the temp in fridge, which is vented from freezer below. However, I’m not sure if the thermostat in the fridge area also controls the compressor. Any info you have would help – Cheers
