    Hi,
I have had customer complaining cycle takes too long on No. 4 wash.
My engineer has checked functions and all appears OK but customer says used to take approx 50 mins and now takes 1 hour 15, but I don’t Know how long it should take so couldn’t advise any different. Any one Know approx programme time for this? 😕 😕
    Thanks,
    Derek.

50 mins to 1hr 15 mins isn’t too unreasonable in the grand scheme of things. Most likely reasons for any increase in time is one or more of the following: –

Water intake slow – crud in the filters?
Drain out slow – crud again somewhere?
NTC playing up and often as not (on candy that is – a regular caution there!)
    Heater o/c
    Customers wall clock playing up?

So it depends how far you need to go to find that missing 25 minutes I guess and whether or not in that lost time the washload suffers overall?

Speaking on a personal level right now, it takes me on average 25 minutes more these days sadly, but the end result is just the same as it ever was! 8)

    So why worry? 😈

    Thanks,
Did wonder about the NTC but did advise customer that if fitted might! be better but definately incurs extra cost in time having to call again etc. When tested in cycle temp seemed about right. I think I’ll let them decide.
    Cheers,
    Derek.
