Customer reports that clothes come out hot and wet, and steamy. this suggests to me that there is a condenser problem. Heater is working. Tested fan/airflow by operating machine with door open having operated door lock with a screwdriver. Airflow OK. Customer says fault came on suddenly, not gradually. One thing that surprised me was that the condenser cooling valve does not operate continuously, but operates for about 30 secs every 3 to 5 minutes. Anyone know if this is normal?
