I found the site via hitting this thread from google:
I seem to have a similar albeit slightly different problem. The dishwasher is perfectly operable and does not fall open. However, the left hand hinge makes the most horrendous screeching noise when the door is opened. Any guesses on required parts? And is there a “how to do it” guide anywhere? I am reasonably handy albeit I havent had to play with a dishwasher before!

You’ll need THIS. It guides the strap from the spring to the door and is prone to collapse. No “how to” guide i’m afraid, but it’s pretty obvious once the side panel is removed.
