Hi all – sometime ago we had an item regarding a technical publication from Hotpoint that gave information about the Zanussi Range of autos, fault codes etc. Has anyone got the part number for this publication. I cant find it in the archives. Many thanks
This would be the technical information purchased by GDA when they were doing the Coverplan work.
The information is on the Electrolux “TESS” disk, which is available at a cost, what that cost is I don’t know. Perhaps someone knows the answer to that question. I know that Connect have a copy due to their involvement in Coverplan, but are unable to fax information to agents due to copyright laws.
Most of the information though is on the standard Electrolux “TDS Offline” DVD, which covers all spares, most wiring diagrams and service manuals. These are available from Distriparts, Connect or Washvac.

Dave – this one is available in hard copy and someone tipped the site of what its hotpoint partnumber was. We have purchased one from Electrue but at the mo I cant find it – need another copy. b
Just spent an hour going back thro our invoices. The one covering the newer range of Zanussi electronically controlled machines and published by Hotpoint has part number HPT5430271 Zan/AEG error codes

Bonzaco, as previously mentioned, all this information is on the TDS Offline DVD at £25 odd, the Part number you have quoted is £19.50. As the DVD also contains virtually all the service manuals and parts exploded diagrams and listings and config codes, I know which I would prefer.
In another thread I did make an offer of ordering anyone a disk while I was ordering mine for those who did not have an account with Distriparts. I’m not sure if it’s still available, you can try them on 01325 302464.
