    hi all
    called out to this as customer said fridge was freezing .the thermostat could not be adjusted up or down .opened it and the thermostat has rusted .has anyone else come across this .i have replaced the stat but cant be sure it will not happen again.

    Over the years yes,on many makes.Think LEC were prone to it.
    used to find them wrapped in their own little plastic bag to stop the condensation.
