    My zanussi washer dryer wjs1397w will not sin on the spin cycle until i drain the rinse water out manually from the front of the machine. All other functions on the machine work fine.EG the machine will pump water out and spin until it reaches the spin cycle. Can anyone help me with this problem ❓

    if its a washer dryer, the pump had a toc which was known to cut in and out randomly after some use

    usually, changing the pump will cure your problem

    unless of course u have a rinsehold option selected

    its a thermal cut out, built into the pump
    its designed to cut the pump out if it gets hot
