    I haven’t been out to this yet. Customer says the timer knob just goes round and round and is not clicking. Wondering if will need the timer knob only or if the timer itself would also be needed. Can anyone advise.

    It has to be a guess OR ask the customer if there is any resistance at all, if there isn’t then I would go for the knob.

    Just ask her to pull the knob off to see if it is broken, mind you if she finds out she might get one herself. 😉
