ModeratorBuilt in double oven. Rating plate obliterated.
Is there a number anywhere else on these?
A smallish, the turn element with a central spade terminal for earth connection. The element is secured by two self tappers through the plate and a single self tapper at 9 o’clock through a small clamp.
Oven door hinges are the same as BSH ovens.
Anyone any idea of part number?
I do have a picture of the oven and element if required.

Customer has only just moved in and has instruction books for all appliances except the oven. :rolls:
He is in contact with the previous owner to see if he can come up with anything, if not I will return and extricate the element. 😀

The last Baumatic oven I did I had to pull it out slightly and get the info off a plate/sticker at the top of the outside cabinet. The customer had a handbook but it was a bit too generic and covered multiple models with different fan elements so it was as much use a t*&s on a fish.
When I did the job I had to write the model details on the front of the hand book.
It sounds like the last one I did as well. Part number for that was FIL 11700007033 but I fitted a standard Zan fan oven element pattern ZN1421…..although sounds as though that yours is a bit smaller… but the orientation sounds correct…

Looking a a picture of that on MP it does appear to be very similar.
Cheap enough to take a punt on, will always be able to use it in the future.
Thanks.

Have seen it before Mike, better pictures than most for sure.
About 3 or 4 times the price of that ZN1421 from MP though.

Tut tut Mike…
If you use the UKW shop search properly, it’s free type, you will find a lot of answers as most of the common parts are there. It’s a resource for you as much as it is for trade. 😉
It’s just we don’t broadcast how much use it can be.
Tap into the search box, “Baumatic fan element” and you will get back the most popular results with the OPN usually so you can price check on the site/s of your choosing. It’s not 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} accurate 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of the time but, it could save you a shedload of time and a sh1tload of cash if you use it correctly.
The OPN/s are the key. I keep telling you all that and kudos to the people that use them.
Whilst I maintain that we’re not a trade distributor, which we’re not by any stretch as there’s companies far better geared to that than we will ever be, it doesn’t mean to say that the information we gather isn’t of use. 😉
If you still can’t find it then there’s a perfectly good spare resource on your doorstep that will help you, it’s called a trade technical forum… I’m sure I saw that on a website somewhere. 😆

I did trawl through all nine of the elements listed in Shop@, narrowed it down to one of four but without a full model number its pure guesswork.
Going to get the ZN1421 from MP, at less than a fiver its worth the risk as I would have to revisit to remove and measure it anyhow. 🙂

Jim,
There are two or three common fan elements , all with the same mounting plate fixing centres, which fit a huge range of continental built ovens; getting the exact one isn’t important. Some have large holes, some smaller tapped holes, some studs. You can drill out the small holes or fit self-tapping nuts over the large ones, or remove the studs if necessary. You can fit the earth wire to one of the fixing screws if the element doesn’t have an earth terminal, or leave it off; it’s earthed through the fixing screws anyway. The exact wattage doesn’t matter either; any wattage between 2 and 2.5KW will do. If you take Connect’s ELE5204 and Qualtex’ ELE2040 one will almost certainly fit and if you don’t use them I’ll buy them off you as I use them all the time. You’ll only have a problem if the diameter of the ring is smaller; there are one or two ovens which have a smaller ring but can’t remember off hand which they are; one of the built-under double ovens is one of them. I think I’ve got one on the van and will report back on that in the morning.Just had a look at Masterpart’s ZN1421; doubt if that’ll fit as it’s specific to Zanussi. Their HM14103 (Brandt’s 76X3719) is more likely to.

I didn’t mean you should buy there, just use the free info 😉 which is pretty darn’ comprehensive, including oem p/no.s.
