    Hi i am suffering low heat on my CL372 WV 031237215190 i ordered a thermostat but it turns out i was looking at the Thermal cut out, can anybody tell me where the thermostat is located.

    Hi

    Have you checked out the heater,as it is a double one.
    ie:- one on for low heat both on for high heat.
