The wifes washer dryer has suddenly started making a very loud noise during the spin cycle and it appears to be related to something becoming detached from the drum. I’d like some help with the follwoing if possible:
* How do you dismantle the unit so that I can identify the cause of the problem, I’ve removed the top, but can see or work around the drum. Is there a service guide available for download.
* Does this problem sound like a common issue that other have encountered, if so is there an easy fix.
