    To Whom may be able to help.

    I have a Diplomat APL 8225/2 and have had it for a number of years, I have, over the years practically rewired it but know it looks like the fault is down to component level.
    It is not heating up on its wash cycle, I have checked the element and that appears to be OK (24 ohms reading) so i suspect it to be the thermostat. Can any one tell me if these are readily available and are they difficult to fit assuming my diagnoses is correct.

    Hi. I have purchased an fitted the new thermostat, it still not getting as hot as it should I have tested the element and seem to be getting the correct reading (25 ohms approx) is there any other suggestions that you may have or is it time to buy a new dishwasher, if so can you recommend a good semi-integrated one.
