    I bought a kitchen with appliances from B&Q approx march 2008. Last week the above mircowave heat decided to stop. Grill and convection works as well as the turntable / plate and light. I have a contact number of 0800 800 1128. I am always in a queue so have not been able to speak to anyone. does anyone know what the problem could be?

    Hi: Could be 1 of several problems, but Microwaves have lethal voltages inside even when turned off & unplugged. 😯 😯
    Please leave the repair to a qualified Engineer with the proper equipment & safety training.
