Zan DE6544

Just thought someone might be interested in this.
Just been to some toffs house who were desperate for their dishwasher fot the weekend. They had, after all spent a hard days fox hunting or peasant bashing, whatever and couldnt face washing up. I agreed to go on a Saturday early evening for a substantially increased fee but was shocked to be confronted by a Zanussi DE6544. The reported fault was no heat, the heater, a tubular type in the top arm feed hose was, sadly, ok, but I found a microscopic dry joint on the LOW voltage side of the pcb only spotted with the aid of a magnifier glass. a dab of the iron and off it went. I dread to think how much one of these boards are, anyway I charged the agreed amount and then was given a £30 tip and a bottle of champagne as a tip! which has now been consumed. Didnt get home till gone 7 but for once worth it.
