Servis Easylogic M4605W cold washing ?

Hi Guys, iv’e just been to a job an a Servis Easylogic M4605W, i asked the customer what it was or wasn’t doing and she said it’s not heating up but it was doing a full cycle, the E5 button was flashing so i checked the “bible” and it said it could be the Pressure switch/blockage/pump or end of wash program, the electrics are good earth path is fine and insulation is spot on, i checked all the components and there all fine so basicly i’m scratching my head a bit, it’s filling, pumping out all the stuff it should be doing, any help would be good on this one because the customer works in the local Co-Op and if i fix it it could be good for my new business
