    W2444WPS
    flashing inlet failure led
    flashing drain failure led

Customer has already checked drain and it will empy, couldnt tell me if it was any slower than normal tho, and checked water was ok by slackening water feed… causing wetness 😕

Havent looked at it yet, possible blocked sump, or aquastop failure??

Also, no error codes flashing up so may well need to access diagnosics on it. any help to do this would be appreciated as Ive found hte miele fault code list!

    Cheers

flooded base….. probably either a torn door seal or a leaking pump…..
get the front cabinet open and it will be obvious where it is situated

If both are flashing it will be water protection!!!
I find its normally when customer empties filter some of it runs inside machine and causes the float to activate
    hope this helps

Tilt up the machine back wards slowly & this should allow the water to run out, otherwise its off with the front & sponge with basin job..
