    mod no awo/d 5706, 859247415000.
    on the cottons 60 deg wash the wash time duration says 210 but the customer is saying that during the wash it skips a few mins and finnishes about 15-20 mins early, all the basics test ok, r we back to the pcb?

    pls help, thanks paul

    The 210 at the beginning of the wash is an estimate.

    Things like incoming water temperature, incoming water pressure, load in the machine etc can all alter the time taken.

    cheers bazza, i did mention that to the customer but she says it only happens on that prog. i will have another word with her,
